There is a distinguished amount of armaments. Command of a crack team of upwards to four fort-dwelling worms. It's a race agai. Worms 4: Mayhem is as infectious and accessible as the classic Worms offerings! Worms 2. Worms Armageddon. The final battle amongst admirable and harm on the day of judgement. Worms 4: Mayhem. Worms Forts: Under Siege. Worms 3D. Worms 2 - sequel to the first part with many gameplay changes, new storyline and weapons arsenal.
The user takes control of an army of worms, gives them weapons through the inventory and fight the enemies. Graphics subsystem was completely redesigned, but the essence of gameplay is the same as in the first part. Levels take central characters into two-dimensional territories.
On the map appears enemy team controlled by artificial intelligence. Each player has 1 turn, during which you can freely move or use weapons once. After that, the turn is passed to the second player.
If you use teleporters, ropes, or parachutes they do not take away a turn because they are all means of transportation. The gamer's task is to destroy all of his opponent's wards.
The entire area is destroyed, and weapons have an Indiivisible range. If you throw the worm off the map or throw it into the water, it dies instantly. The controls, however, are far more complicated and also not as smooth as it was in the olden times.
The learning curve of mastering movement, aiming, camera, and weapon controls is steep, and you need to develop masterful aiming skills to get through the endless array of pre-made and entirely random battles and missions the game throws at you.
This makes Worms 3D more annoying to learn than, say, Worms 2. The terrain is completely destructible, with explosions leaving huge craters and throwing little worms around — part of the fun is still blasting an arena into tiny bits. But the terrain textures are woefully washed out and primitive-looking. As always, it delivers fantastic multiplayer action. Few games mix such levels of humor and sadism without crossing the line into tastelessness.
When playing with actual humans, the entertainment value skyrockets, although the worm AI in the single-player game is amusing as well. If there is any one real issue here, it stems from the extra dimension.
